Facilities Team

The Facilities Team is responsible for the cleanliness and staging of an event, property, or designated area. Room Attendants will be expected to thoroughly clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to TITAN and hotel brand standards. The janitors will ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, meeting space, corridors, and grounds of a venue. Conversion Crews are responsible for converting a large arena or stadium from one major function to another, such as a professional sporting event to a concert. This may include converting the arena floor, dressing rooms, function space, and public areas from a sport to a major concert with precision and efficiency to ensure a timely and seamless turn-around.

Just 6 months after launching TITAN, the CEO received a call from management at a major arena stating that they were having insurmountable challenges with the temp agencies they had been using to do their arena conversions and that when they reached out to other venues for advice, they heard repeatedly to call TITAN. The TITAN management team thoroughly evaluated the conversion process and made a series of recommendations that we would implement with the understanding that TITAN is an event company who provides experienced staff, NOT a temp agency, so our pricing would be higher, but the efficiency and experience would ultimately provide better results. Within the 1st year, TITAN was able to reduce their number of staff needed, as well as the amount of time needed to complete a single conversion by more than half, with much greater accountability and less stress for the management. TITAN continues to be a valued partner for the arena.
