TITAN Foodservice Team
TITAN partners with caterers, venues, and event professionals to deliver skilled front-of-house and back-of-house staffing solutions tailored to a range of events. Our Foodservice Team includes highly-trained banquet staff—servers, bartenders, and other front-line professionals—who manage all aspects of food and beverage service, from setup and serving to post-event breakdown. Additionally, TITAN’s Concessions team provides prompt, professional service at counters and with in-seat delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction in high-capacity environments. As a certified trainer for Techniques in Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM), TITAN requires all Foodservice Team members to complete this certification, ensuring safe, responsible service across all engagements. Our team supports a diverse array of events, from off-site weddings and corporate functions to long-term contracts in hotels, country clubs, and major entertainment venues.
The TITAN Experience
A popular Atlanta attraction sought to revamp its bar service, having faced challenges with inconsistency and limited expertise from their previous bartending provider. Referred by a satisfied TITAN client, the attraction engaged TITAN to optimize their bar program. Through consultation, we streamlined the menu, improved guest service efficiency, and restructured the setup for high-volume sales. As a result, the bar service transformed from an underutilized feature to a primary revenue stream, driving both increased sales and expanded private event bookings.

Known for their ethical integrity and rapid, professional response, the team proactively addresses potential risks, effectively deterring aggression, violence, theft, and disruptive behavior. Licensed as a security agency in Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, TITAN continues to expand its capabilities and reach in event safety and security.
The TITAN Experience
A major university with a top 10 football program faced ongoing issues with their previous security provider, particularly in customer service and attention to detail within premium seating areas—a critical concern for both the university and its high-profile donors who expected a superior level of service and protection. TITAN was brought on to manage security for the premium areas during home football games and began by consulting with the university to address each pain point from the prior experience. Our focus on training and customer service set a new standard that season, and the transformation in service quality led to outstanding feedback from guests and donors alike. Impressed with our commitment and results, the university awarded TITAN its first multi-year contract for security services, and we subsequently secured the full bid for Security and Event Staffing, increasing our involvement by 300 positions on game day.

Our TITAN Guest Relations team plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service across a range of high-profile events, including conferences, conventions, concerts, sporting events, and theater performances. TITAN’s experienced staff excel in roles such as registration support, greeting, customer service, ticket-taking, ushering, and brand ambassadorship—ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-supported from arrival to departure.
The TITAN Experience
For a major convention expecting 40,000 attendees in Atlanta, TITAN was awarded 80% of the staffing contract for registration, greeters, and directional support, with the remaining 20% given to a separate company. Just days before the convention, the client urgently requested additional staff from TITAN, as the other provider was unable to fulfill their commitment. Rising to the occasion, TITAN seamlessly scaled its operations to cover the full staffing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for all attendees. Over three days, our team delivered exceptional service and processed 40,000 registrations, solidifying TITAN’s reputation as a trusted and adaptable event partner.
Facilities Team
The Facilities Team is responsible for the cleanliness and staging of an event, property, or designated area. Room Attendants will be expected to thoroughly clean and maintain hotel guest rooms according to TITAN and hotel brand standards. The janitors will ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, meeting space, corridors, and grounds of a venue. Conversion Crews are responsible for converting a large arena or stadium from one major function to another, such as a professional sporting event to a concert. This may include converting the arena floor, dressing rooms, function space, and public areas from a sport to a major concert with precision and efficiency to ensure a timely and seamless turn-around.
